Update 5/4/10 — the Finale was extended by 30 minutes

Original post:

New episode — 6×14 The Candidate 9:00 – 10:02

LOST 6x14 The Candidate

Flocke talking to Jack in 6x14 The Candidate

Official description: “When asked to perform a difficult task, Jack must decide whether or not to trust Locke.”

As usual, the ABC press release for the episode has some surprises/potential spoilers in its list of guest stars. I’ll just say that there is a character who will appear who we haven’t seen in a long time.

Here’s an updated schedule for the rest of the season:

Tuesday, May 4, 2010 New episode 6×14 The Candidate

Tuesday, May 11, 2010 — New episode 6×15

THE LAST WEEK:

Tuesday, May 18, 2010 — New episode 6×16

Saturday, May 22, 2010 — 8:00 – 10:00 A pop-up hint enhanced rerun of the original pilot!

Sunday, May 23, 2010:

7:00 – 9:00 Clip show
9:00 – 11:00 The Finale! (6×17-18)
(then the local news)
11:35 — A post-finale wrap-up hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, with Damon, Carlton, and members of the cast (which ones are still to be decided).

And then …. we try and figure out what it all meant

All times are an hour earlier for Central Time, and all times after May 4 are approximate.

LOST Schedule Tuesday, April 27, 2010 — Rerun of Ab Aeterno

Update 5/4/10 — The Finale will be extended by 30 minutes

———-
Original post:

LOST Richard Alpert riding horse 6x09 Ab Aeterno

Richard Alpert will ride again on April 27

There’s no new episode this week, just a rerun of the Richard-Alpert-centric episode 6×09 Ab Aeterno. ABC is probably doing this to push the rest of the final episodes into the May sweeps period, which runs from April 29 to May 26.

Here’s the schedule for this week, and for the rest of the season:

Tuesday, April 27, 2010 — 9:00 – 10:02 Rerun of Ab Aeterno

Tuesday, May 4, 2010 — New episode 6×14

Tuesday, May 11, 2010 — New episode 6×15

Tuesday, May 18, 2010 — New episode 6×16. This will be the last new episode before the finale.

Saturday, May 22, 2010 — 8:00 – 10:00 A pop-up hint enhanced rerun of the original pilot!

Sunday, May 23, 2010:

7:00 – 9:00 Clip show
9:00 – 11:00 The Finale! (6×17-18)
(not sure of the time) — A post-finale wrap-up hosted by Jimmy Kimmel

And then …. crickets.

All times are an hour earlier for Central Time, and all times after April 27 are approximate.

LOST Schedule for Tuesday, April 20, 2010

I can’t believe we’re getting so close to the end!

Jack talking to Locke (Flocke) in LOST 6x13 The Last Recruit

Jack talking to Flocke, in 6x13 The Last Recruit

Episode 6×13 The Last Recruit will air in the U.S. on April 20. After that, there will only be three more episodes, a recap/clip show, and then the two-hour finale.

There will be no rerun this week, so if you want to see Everybody Loves Hugo again, you’ll need to watch it on Hulu or on the ABC site.

Tuesday, May 20, 2010

9:00 – 10:02 (hour earlier Central Time) 6×13 The Last Recruit.

Official description: “Alliances are forged and broken as Locke and Jack merge their camps.”

Again this week, there are some surprises (potential spoilers) in the press release’s list of cast and guest stars: Press release for The Last Recruit

LOST 6×12 Everybody Loves Hugo — schedule, sneak peeks, and promo

6×12 Everybody Loves Hugo will air Tuesday, April 13, 2010 from 9:00 to 10:02 in the U.S. (an hour earlier Central Time). Again this week, there won’t be a rerun, just the new episode.

The title is a clear nod to 2×04 Everybody Hates Hugo.

The press release for the episode has a couple of surprises in the guest list (I’m actually sorry that I peeked!) –> press release for Everybody Loves Hugo (spoilers!).

Promo:

Sneak peek # 1 — Sideways Hurley and his mother, who is a hoot!

Sneak peek # 2 — This second sneak peek is on the Island. Hurley makes a very good point:

Desmond Hume Henry Ian Cusick LOST 6x11 Happily Ever After

U.S. Schedule for Tuesday, April 6, 2010:

9:00 – 10:02 New episode 6×11 Happily Ever After

Official ABC description: “Desmond wakes up and realizes he is back on the island.”

Behind the cameras, they brought out the big guns for this episode — it was written by Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof, and directed by Jack Bender.

The Press Release has a major spoiler about a guest star: Press Release for 6×11 Happily Ever After.

(Show is an hour earlier for Central Time)

Sun and Jin, back when they were still together

This week there will only be the new episode. They won’t be showing a rerun (pop-up-hint enhanced or otherwise) of last week’s episode (6×09 Ab Aeterno) because of a Dancing With the Stars results show. (Thanks again to Geri for the heads up on the schedule changes.)

Also, the new episode will run two minutes over.

9:00 to 10:02 New episode 6×10 The Package

Official ABC description: “Sun and Jin continue to search for each other; Locke confronts his enemy.”
