And I' m guessing it's also the same thing that Desmond was vaccinating himself against. I wonder about Locke though. Since there are two Locke bodies -- and no one else, that we know of, seems to have an extra copy of their body lying around -- I wonder if the possession of Locke is something different from the "claiming" of Claire, Sayid, Rousseau's husband, etc. Yeah, it probably is the same. Remember how her husband tried to kill her after having gone under the Temple? I'm willing to bet it's the same thing, and the outstanding question is how Claire became one of the claimed/sick.
