We're simply seeing an alternate timeline. When they went to the past and made changes, that created another timeline that could exist. So you now have 1.) The timeline as we know it: plane crash, exploding hatch, etc. and 2.) The new timline: no plane crash, Jack is nervous on plane instead of Rose, Desmond is on the flight, etc. By blowing up the island, the losties created a new timeline, which we're seeing, and they jumped back to their normal timeline where they belonged.
